Quaintsmall hotel with quiet atmosphere. Good sized and compact room with very comfy bed, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. Great view from the window over street...

nice room, good sound proofing
The staff at the reception at night and when we checked out in early morning did not speak nor understand English - was difficult trying to communicate and get information.

Not much other than the hotel was man'ed 24 hours a day.
Everything was very small. There was nothing "Classic" about the room or hotel. The bed was facing the door which is bad luck. It was not worth the money we paid and we left early because of the bad conditions. I had to fight to get them to not charge us for the complete stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a superior double room on the 5th floor facing Avenue de l'Arcade. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet (the shutters / windows worked very well in virtually eliminating any street noise when closed during the night). The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly Maxim who was on duty most of the weekend during our stay.
We have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good location. Recent refurbishment so everything felt as new including excellent bed and great bathroom with fantastic shower.
The mini bar product range was small and the fridge was not working.

The location is fantastic for exploring the city, with
Easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I found the noise level in the evening a bit disruptive.

Comfortable city centre hotel conveniently located in the centre of Place close to the Madeleine and the Place de la Concorde. The rooms, albeit small, were clean, tidy and comfortable.
Lack of facilities within the hotel. No bar; No restaurant; No lounge area
